Hello my name is Charlotte Cozine. I found this great dental team in the Popouri Paper. I had not seen a dentist for many years. One of the main reasons was that the dentists were treating me like a test-tube. No compassion, no tenderness. When I injected with novacaine, I would jump a little and I was told that I was being over sensitive. I would get up and leave and never went back. Then I got sick, was not able to work (therefore no insurance) and lost all but 5 teeth.

Then I came across your ad in the paper. First the dentist is female. Second the location..I pass this office almost everyday to and from work. Third, this office had a fax number so I faxed a note stating that I needed TLC and attached my Dental ID Card. I got a response (almost immediately) spoke to the Doctor who would be working on me and I felt better with just speaking to her.

My first appointment was May 8th 2009. I met the front desk staff, the dental assistant and the doctor. The attitude in the office is wonderful. I never knew a dental office could be so warm, pleasant and understanding.

When I tell my co-workers that I have a dental appointment they ask "why are so happy to go to your appointment?" I respond "these people are human beings and they treat me with warmth and kindness and I cannot help but to respond to them the same way. They answered all of my questions, worked out the payments of "out of pocket" expenses and they call me by my first name. So I am NOT treated like a "test dummy" but like a human being with feelings.

Today I left the office with the top dentures and they feel great. I will have to get use to having equipment (aka teeth) in my mouth again. My lips are back to having the "full effect" and I am pleased as peach that I met the staff at Perfect Smile Dental and I will continue to be a patient.

I will also recommend this team to my friends, relatives, co-workers and anyone on the street who needs a great dental team. You are the best.

We were thrilled to reconnect with Dr. Trieu when we discovered that she had opened her own dental practice here in Elk Grove. My family had met her while she was part of a large consortium of dentists (when she became a resident). When we found out that Dr. Trieu had left the large practice we were shocked! We had searched for her, even called the association of dentists, to try to track her down after she left the large group. We wanted her to be our dentist! I am a patient that will procastinate before being seen by a dentist because of my fear of the dreaded "dental chair". Before each examination, Doctor Trieu's back office assistants takes the time to make me feel comfortable while they make preparations. They remembered me, and enjoyed talking with me while they worked. This helped me to forget how I was feeling about the dental work I needed. Doctor Trieu helped ease my fears. I was in the chair, scared and reactive, and Doctor Trieu took the time to stop the procedure, looked at me in the eye, and said, "I am not going to hurt you". I’m writing this letter to compliment you on your great service that I have every time I come here. Before, I was so worried about my teeth since I had existing braces done in Vietnam 2 years ago. Treatment was not complete when I left. When arriving to America, I had no dental care at all. Therefore, my gum got swollen, bleeding, my brackets loose left and right, wire was poking everywhere. My uncle and I started searching on the newspaper to find the best dentist for me. Once, I found your Perfect smile Dental on Internet. Reading all the testimonials on its website persuades me to have the first appointment with Dr. Trieu. At that time, I just thought to myself that I would have a trial with her to see how good it was. But I end up loving this dental office so much! There are many reasons for saying this. First, Dr. Trieu is the only dentist that instructs me carefully how to take care of my braced teeth especially for the teeth and gum that are so sensitive like mine. Second, she is the one who broke my habit of not flossing the teeth because I used to be scared that it would make my gum bleed. I remember when I told her that my gum was swollen and sore, her explanation and her advice gave me a great encouragement. Every time I come in, the atmosphere is so warm and friendly that I feel so relaxed after such a stressed day!!! Also, the staff here is so welcoming and polite. We always have interested conversation about my teeth, my school and even my future. Isn’t that so awesome that you feel like this dental is your dearest family! Overall, I love Perfect Smile dental, caring Dr. Trieu and all nice staffs here. I think this dental has done a great job. To me, you guys are better than any other dentals office.
